Tanker Shipping We coordinate the whole tanker shipping operation from our branch office in Hamburg. We not only offer the tanker tonnage, but also the complete logistic solutions. These are realized by us in cooperation with other associate companies of the Dettmer Group, such as for instance MUT (Magdeburger Tanklager), or with external reliable partners. With over 30 tankers, mostly belonging to the shipping company, which are manned with German personnel and attended to by our own technical department, we operate mainly on the inland waterways of northern and eastern Germany. But we are also being represented by tankers under the Dettmer flag on the Rhine and its tributaries as well as on the Donau regularly. A large part of our mineral oil tankers dispose of
special extras, such as: The range of produce transported by us varies from heavy oil to diesel and fuel oil as well as from gasoline and MTBE to special oils and additives. Naturally our vessels and services are certified according to ISO.
